Welcome to the website of the Department of Analytical Chemistry, Nutrition and Food Sciences of the University of Alicante.
This Department is located at the Faculty of Sciences and develops teaching work of subjects assigned to the following areas of knowledge: Analytical Chemistry, Nutrition and Food Science, which are included in different degrees that are taught in several Centres of the University of Alicante.
Apart from the teaching work, this Department carries out research activities in many fields related to its areas of knowledge.
Through these pages we want to spread all the information that may be of interest for the university community and anybody interested for the development of their activities.
